Hi, I am Andrew Dickenson, head coach at CrossFit 1401. With a wealth of experience spanning 12 years, my goal is to empower individuals through expertly crafted fitness programming. 

My approach is versatile, accommodating both group dynamics and personalized training sessions to fit athletes at every stage of their journey, from passionate beginners to serious competitors. Certified in both weightlifting and CrossFit, I aim to use cutting-edge techniques to maximize performance and results.

As part of the I Am Better Nutrition team, I ensure that nutrition seamlessly complements fitness endeavors, making health transformation a comprehensive journey. I believe taking care of your entire body is important through fitness, nutrition and recovery.  I am passionate about movement in my personal life as well. I love all things in nature, especially surfing, and am an avid runner.

Aleksandra Sibińska 

Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer Born and raised in Poland, I began my fitness journey at the age of 18, driven by a passion for functional strength training and CrossFit. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Physical Education in Wrocław, Poland, which provided me with a strong foundation in physical health and rehabilitation. This background has shaped my approach to training, emphasizing both performance and injury prevention.

In addition to my academic background, I hold certifications in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training from Poland, where I first began coaching. Since moving to the U.S., I have further expanded my expertise by completing the OPEX certification, enabling me to deliver personalized and effective training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My specialties include corrective exercises, weight loss, and longevity-focused training, aimed at helping clients improve their overall health, prevent injuries, and achieve long-term fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, enhance athletic performance, or simply build strength, my training is designed with your well-being in mind.

I am also a competitive HYROX athlete and occasionally participate in local CrossFit competitions. If you’re preparing for a HYROX event or need help with functional fitness, I’m here to guide you. I also have a passion for tennis and golf, incorporating athletic principles from these sports into my training approach.
