Hi, my name is Becca, and Iām the owner of Gymnastixfit.
I specialize in coaching the gymnastics movements in CrossFit (pull ups, muscle ups, handstand work, toes to bar, etc.)Ā I was a gymnast starting from the age of nine and competed throughout college. I started coaching gymnastics when I was fourteen and Iāve been doing it ever since.
About ten years ago, I started Gymnastixfit so I could focus on helping CrossFit athletes perfect their gymnastics movements.Ā Ā Gymnastics is a portion of CrossFit that is high level and hard to learn as a beginner. I strongly recommend having a gymnastics coach to learn these movements or take you to the next level.
I work with beginner to elite athletes. Iām happy to build athletes confidence with gymnastics successes. Iāve coached multiple athletes who have competed at high level competitions including CrossFit regionals and the CrossFit Games.
